Blueberry Tart




Rustic Blueberry Tart

Crust
1 cup butter, room temprature

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Blueberry Topping

4 cups blueberries

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp lemon juice
